Loved Practicalities

1) Because time is so precious, we need to take a credit card on all bookings of £50 and over.  If you need to cancel this is no problem at all, but we would ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice or we will need to charge half of the treatment cost.

2) All courses of treatments need to be prepaid.

3) Loved cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.  We would encourage you to leave any precious or valuable items at home.

4) Although we love them, for the sake of our other guests we would be grateful if you would please keep children in the coffee lounge area unless you are accompanying them to the toilets.

5) In order to maintain our high standards of service, we reserve the right to change or modify or discontinue any treatment without prior notification.  Please see one of our receptionists if you have any questions.

6) Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow yourself plenty of time to book in and relax before your “Loved” experience.

7) We want you to leave “Loved” feeing that you have had the best experience possible, please let us know if we can do anything to make your time at “Loved” any better.

8) Do let us know if you are pregnant, experiencing any muscle or joint injuries or any other medical conditions we may need to know about.

9) For the sake of other “Loved” customers, please keep your mobile phone on a discreet ring tone or turn it off while you are with us.

10) In order to give you the best possible service, do let us know your own personal preferences. We want to customise each and every treatment to meet your exact needs from preferred nail shapes to massage pressure. Please let us know.
